The Automotive Technician is responsible for the service and repair of vehicles as assigned by their Team Leader. The Automotive Technician position may require varying skill levels and prior work experience, the specific position we are currently seeking is a licensed and experienced technician. The Sales Executive is the primary representative of the customer to the dealership. The Sales Executive is responsible for all aspects of the sales process from identifying potential customers to maintaining ongoing relationships that encourage repeat business using our dealership processes and customer retention. Throughout the sales process, the Sales Executive is expected to assist customers in choosing a new or used vehicle, demonstrating various vehicle options, accessories, and financing alternatives. The Sales Executive will also play an important role in representing the dealership’s parts and service departments to its customers for future maintenance or repair needs.
